Herbert Update: Feeling Better Post-Ankle
Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a quick update on how I'm doing.
As you know, I took a nasty spill a few weeks ago and ended up with a pretty bad ankle injury. It was a scary time, and I'm not going to lie, it really sucked being sidelined.
The good news is, I'm feeling a lot better now! The pain has subsided significantly, and I'm starting to get my mobility back. I'm still taking things slow, but I'm already back to doing some light exercises and walking.
Thanks to everyone for the well wishes and support during my recovery. It truly meant a lot to me, and it helped me stay positive during the tough times.
What's next?
I'm working closely with my physical therapist to get back to 100%. It's going to take some time, but I'm dedicated to putting in the work and getting back to doing what I love. I'm excited to get back to [insert your activity/work/hobby here] and share my progress with you all.
